Discovery Ultimate -Polyflow

  When testing ANSYS Discovery Ultimate (Polyflow) we get the attached error messages

  The message "Licensed number of users already reached." in the snapshot that you shared seems to indicate you need another Discovery license, that the 1 license is in use and you are trying to do something that requires an additional license.

  The customer has opened one project in Discovery Ultimate and tries to solve it with Polyflow in AIM. The second picture also shows that there are some problems with Polyflow in AIM. Does the customer need a different or additional license?

  we did some testing. If you try to solve the Polyflow-Project with a Discovery Named Subscription everything is working. But if you try to solve the Polyflow-Project with a Discovery Enterprise we get the error message. What can we do?

  can you explain me, why you need the files? Can't you reproduce the error? I can send you the example, if you don't have one.

  I was able to solve the medical tray example using floating as well as subscription license without any issue. If you have an example to reproduce the issue, please send it.

  This has been confirmed as a defect and bug 77219 has been submitted for the same. I will let you know once it gets resolved. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any workaround other than using subscription license at the moment.
