  Is there any way to create a video of the Discovery Live simulations?

  There seems to be no direct way to record the screen and create a video of Discovery Live simulations. You may have to explore using a third party software for the same.

  Many of the videos on the forum are made with a product from https://www.techsmith.com/products.html
  
  Camtasia is a great paid program, and further down they offer a free version called Jing.
