If the license is paid up license, then the maintenance expiration date is 1 year after the start date, else the expiration date is the same as the maintenance date.

From the image, it can be understood that the license is a paid license as it is expiring after 25 years from its start date. For such licenses, the maintenance date is not mentioned, but as mentioned earlier, it is set to 1 year from the start date. If you can send the email address of the customer to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com, I can cross check the dates and get back to you.
