      I have a customer who has a message attached to the startup of Ansys spaceclaim enterprise (Capability faceted data toolkit .....) It is in version 2020 R2 of spaceclaim, so the faceted module is now part of the basic version of Spaceclaim. We started by deleting the elements present in the directory C:UsersAppDataLocalSpaceClaim but it didn't change anything. Can you please help us not to get this error message when starting the application?
