SubscriberNaresh Patre I want to calculate the direction between two vertexes based on the coordinate. then I can set the spring stiffness available on this direction by command.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you as I was on vacation for last 10 days. I got following response from one of the experts:
If the user has the vertexes selected they should be able to use the .Location command I think to get this information and then use this to create the spring. My suggestion would be to create a local coordinate system using the two points as reference geometry and then just use that coordinate system for their joint/spring. This is something that should be recorded by the journaling functionality and then reused in a script.
