Forum ModeratorHello NOVACAD and Robert ,
This problem has been noticed by other customers before as well, and apologies for the inconvenience. We have highlighted it to the concerned people.
We try to sart in administrator mode, we also try to activate the license with cmd but it's not solve the problem.
Although the workaround suggested by them was to activate the license with command prompt, and that has worked for other customers. Can you please share a snapshot of the command prompt along with the temp folder as a zip file?

Although I am not sure whether this is the cause of it, if it is a frequently noticed observation, I will highlight this too to the concerned people.
Â
Regards.

SubscriberCharudatta Bandgar Hello
The problem happened to two different customers who had Windows 7, then I solved it by installing the previous version 2020R1.
Trying to activate it with the command prompt it told me that the license was successfully activated but the software never started.
From the management of the activities did not load anythingBest Regards

The license is activated but SpaceClaim does not start with the user account.
It starts with an administrator account. Does the customer have administrator rights?
Â
Regards.

Forum ModeratorHello GUICADÂ ,
I am not able to find the root cause of this issue. There is one more thing we can try doing.
Can you ask the administrator for this account to run the Discovery mode licensing manager as administrator.Â
And then change the scope to all users.
Once that is done, ask the customer (who does not have admin rights), to try and use the software with their login.
Â
Regards.

Hello
I point out that to several customers the software does not start by clicking on the icon after being installed and you have to activate it first with the command prompt and then start it from the icon.
Sometimes it doesn't even start that way.
Do you have any news regarding the problem?Best Regards

SubscriberHello Charudatta Bandgar
I am installing other SpaceClaim to customers and always have to activate them with the command prompt at first start.
I hope it doesn't stay that way in the next version.Â
Best Regards
