unable to login to account

      user logs into his account, but account button at top is not active, there is a button for sign in, but he is already signed in.

      Hello samLeap I'm not sure I understand your query clearly. Is the customer unable to access the 'Manage Account' page?   While trying to access that page, the Forum may prompt the customer to sign in again. Once signed in again, they should be able to view their subscription information. Does this answer your query? If not, could you please elaborate by sharing a few screenshots so that I can understand your query better?

      customer seems to be stuck in an endless loop. image 1 is beginning Click on sign in -  get screen below   image2 Enter password and get  screen below   image3 Click on sign in again and get screen below   image4 Click on Daniel… and get screen below   image5

      Could you please find out which browser the customer is using? Could you please try clearing the browser cache or maybe use a different browser to login?
