SubscriberI want to get the specific section pressure of the pipe after the flow analysis is finished. But there is no geometry face for selection.
how to get the pressure drop between 2 section where is no face for selection?

Under Results, if you add "Pressure Drop" result, you have the option to create/add a plane for measuring the pressure drop. See attached snapshot.
Alternatively, you can add a "Calculated Value" result and calculate average pressure on a plane. See attached snapshot.
If you are still facing issues, please share some snapshots to better understand the problem.
