  I have a transient model which supply air temperature is a function of room temperature. Is there anyway to define function and use it as boundary condition ?

  It is not possible to define air temperature as a function of room temperature in LIVE, but it could be a good addition. I would encourage you to suggest this in the Discovery LIVE idea section, where others can vote and developers can look into it.
