It seems your model has atleast one surface body. Please note that selection of such shell body as physics region is only allowed with pure structural physics. Since, you are working a fluid physics, any attempt to assign shell body as fluid region will lead to this error.
Please review the 9 volumes that you have selected as fluid region and remove any surface body that might be present. This should do away the problem. I hope it helps.

Gaurav

SubscriberGaurav_ANSYSÂ thanks for your reply. My question is how to clean up the surface, in this mode. if you have procedure please share

Ansys EmployeeHi Nagarajan DÂ
I am not sure what difficulty you might be facing with deselecting the surface bodies. Still, here is a small video that talks about the two approaches that can be used. First, assign only solid bodies to the fluid region. Second, go to geometry tab and suppress the surface geometries from physics.
The short video attached here demonstrates both the approaches. Please have a look and do let me know if I understood your problem correctly. In case the problem remains, we can have a look at your model to better understand where the problem is coming from.

Gaurav

Ansys Employee In case you are having issues with geometry which is appearing as a set of surfaces, and not a solid body, you may try repair options to get a water tight solid body.
Tutorial # 11 here has demo on this. Please go through it, the relevant part begins around 3:15 of video titled 11) Import, Repair & Modify
