  Does the customer face this issue only with this model or does this happen with all models?
  
  Could you please try running the application with 'Run as administrator'?

  the customer has reinstalled the new version of spaceclaim and it works again. He just lost a day's work. I advised him to register more often in case the problem reappeared.

  Could you please ask the customer to record the steps to the error in case it occurs again so that we can investigate this issue further from our end.
