Forum access

  Hello,
  
  I want to ask about the forum access. One of our potential customer needs access to forum for tutorials.
  
  He had the free trial couple month ago, but that time we couldn't make the discovery live run. So he bought the new computer and we created new licence and the discovery live is running now. But he has not the forum access and he needs it for watching tutorials.
  
  It is possible to get access to forum again?

  If the user has a working Discovery subscription then they must have a forum account. The login and password are the same as the credentials used when activating the software on the PC.

  the customer has Discovery Enterprise floating evaluation licence, so how to solve it in this case?

    What happens when the user visits discoveryforum.ansys.com and tries to sign in? if they don't know their password, what happens when they click "forgot your password?
    
    It does not matter if the user has a subscription, floating license or has not purchased. Anyone who passes export compliance can register and login and unless an action is required, their account will always stay active.
