SubscriberHello!
Discovery R3 Live now have absolutely black and unchangeable background. All projects and samples work fine (panels are active and the color legend changes after solving) but nothing can be seeing and done as well.
Could you please help to find out what is going on?
(R2 and previous versions don't have this effect. nvcuda.dll  does not exist in the directory)

Ansys EmployeeHello Zagrebelny
Can you try below suggestions:
1. Update the graphics card drivers from Nvidia website.
2. Go to File - Live Options - Advanced, and click "Reset All User Settings".
3. Clear all files from %temp% folder
4. Go to %appdata%SpaceClaim and rename DiscoveryLive19.5 folder to DiscoveryLive19.5_old
Try launching a new session of Discovery Live once you have completed the above mentioned steps and let me know if you still encounter the issue.

Ansys EmployeeHello Zagrebelny
Could you check if Discovery Live is running on the intended GPU and not the default GPU on your machine?
For this, right-click on Discovery Live icon on the desktop and select "Run with graphics processor" and select High-performance NVIDIA processor. See below image. If this doesn't help, I would recommend reinstalling the application as follows:
- Uninstall all Discovery products
- Temporarily disable any antivirus, antimalware, and/or Windows Defender functions
- Ensure that you have full administrator privileges on the PC
- Right click the Discovery installer, select Run as Administrator, and follow the prompts to complete the installation

SubscriberThank you Naresh PatreÂ
I don't have this "Run with graphic processor" option but turning off all but main graphic card helped.
Now everything works for some reason.
