Hello 

On the 2021 version of SpaceClaim how do you reactivate the preview of the files?
In this version it is not possible to reset the ThumbnailHandler.ddl file because the file is not there

I'm still checking with the developers. They assure me that a clean install should allow customers to view preview of the files.

I'm checking with them again to see if there is anything else that can be done to check this issue.

In the meantime, can you uninstall, delete all temp files etc. and try reinstalling?
