Connection timed out while reading data

  Hello,
  
  I am having trouble running Ansys spaceclaim on a computer. The server is running, the client pc can connect to the server with the Licensing Client Settings (although this takes a couple of seconds), but when starting SpaceClaim nothing happens. After a while i get the following error, see included image. We have tried to turn of the firwall and antivirus, but this still doesn't work.
  
  Any ideas on what i can do to solve this issue?

  Paesc Could you please check if you have the environment variable ANSYSLI_ELASTIC specified on your machine? If so, make sure it is set to a value of 0.
