No permission to download the software

  Hi, I am trying to download 2021 R2 but I get this message: My subscription is still valid and I can access other parts of the forum using this account. What is going on here? Regards, Dimitri

  Hello Dimitri G Are you seeing this on the Downloads page? Were you not able to Download the installer? Some users reported issues with "What's new" and other pages but not the Download. Thank you for informing us. I believe there were some permission issues and out team is working on this. I will follow up with them and keep you updated.

  Hi Subashni , No when clicking the button on the right hand side of the landing page of the forum, I got the message from my previous post. Using your link I can see the download buttons and there are working. So maybe internally there are some issues? Also, where can I find the release notes for version 2021 R2? (in particular for Ansys SpaceClaim). Regards, Dimitri
