delete a quotation in a parametric sketch

      Good morning,

      Some of our customers have a problem with the parametric sketch: it is impossible to delete a sketch dimension with the "delete" key or with the constraint suppression tool.

      Have you ever encountered this problem? Is there a solution?

      Because it makes the parametric sketch unusable.

      Hello charlie

      We have not come across such issue, is it specific to files or happens with any parametric sketch. Could it be possible to share an example of what issue they are getting, are they getting any error message?

        This is not related to a file, it happens as soon as you open SC. and no error message appears. only an error sound. I will ask the client to share a video as soon as possible.

        charlie I have filed a bug ticket (521744) to understand from the developers what could the issue be, I will get back to you as I hear back from them.

      Hello charlie

      Apologies for the delay, I heard back from the developers. We were not able to reproduce this on our end, though the French UI could be an issue. We changed the SC language to French to see if it is reproduced likewise, with no luck. Unless it can be reproduced, there isn't a way to pinpoint to the reason behind this behaviour. One possibility could be that the OS's language itself is an issue, that I am yet to try with my colleague with French language. Will it be possible for you to share the logfiles of this particular session? If not we will have a meeting with the customer and see what could be the issue, I will involve the developers as well.

        Hello, Charudatta Bandgar I enclose the log file with the problem! This file comes from the computer of my colleague who has the same problem as some of our customers. So if you need more information, don't hesitate! Regards
