    Charudatta Bandgar I sent logs to support, turns out it was a remnant from a faulty license file with errant front slashes in it.

    Sean OBrien I am not sure if I understand correctly, are you able to sort this now? Where have/had you sent the log files?

    Charudatta Bandgar sorry for the vague response, yes My issue is resolved now. I sent them to tech support, was trying to reference help videos and forums first.
