File Open or File Save Issue

      Hi Folks Ole Madsen at our Danish customer RM Stal Teknik is having a File Open or File Save issue on his named user version of SpaceClaim, and we have also shared a trial license of SCE and he gets the same issue. Screen grab attached. It freezes either version of the software (2021 R2) for about 20 minutes. Can you advise/assist on what the issue might be? Thanks Peter

      Hello Peter

      Does that happen with any file or any specific file? Can you update the graphic card drivers just to rule out that possibility? Will it be possible for you to share these files, so that I can try them on my end.

      You dont even get to select a file, as soon as File Open or File Save is pressed, it brings up the UI shown and hangs.
