At DesignSpark Mechanical log in, message saying User could not be recognised.

      Last year I asked for student license for Spaceclaim Modeler. I was never able to start it. Or maybe just few times and then I just could not log in.

       

      So I just gave up, believing the problem might be related to Covid

      This year in the spring I have downloaded Design Spark Mechanical and same thing happened. The online Custortomer service did not recognize my login, even though all my registration went flawless. I have erased everythng from my machine.

      Now, at the end of November 2021, I have downloaded Design Spark Mechanical again, I re-registered, everything seemed to go well, but again I could not log in in the software, even though I found the custemer Service had the password from last year from SpaceClaim. So I changed it to latest pasword from the registration of Design Spark now in November.

      The customerService online portal now recognises my log in...as evident by the fact, that I can write this e-mail, but the software is still coming up with "User could not be recognised" message.

      I cannot find where to turn to, to solve this problem

      If you have the Student license, I would recommend you to please post your query on the Ansys Student community to get further assistance. This forum you are currently posting on is for active commercial software support. Thank you for your understanding.

      Excuse me, Sir.

      I have looked all through out the suggested page of Ansys student community.

      I do not see a place, where I can submit this complaint/help request.

      There is only a search window, where I submitted several queries about same thing, but differently worded and it always returned same  answer: "No results for xxxxxxx "

      More over - today(December 3,2021) the password on the Customer Service login has been reset from my latest password made for Design Spark (which worked couple days ago, when I wrote the initial request) back to my old password from last year for Space Claim. (I found after several unsuccessful tries). I do not mind...I would rather have access to SpaceClaim, then to Design Spark....if I could only access the software, Finally!
