Ansys server is not working

  Is for 5 days that the Ansys server never works in the afternoon, when will this problem be solved?and for 5 days that the Ansys server never works in the afternoon, when will this problem be solved?
  It is not possible that there are problems every 2-3 months

  Our team has suggested a workaround for the portal account. Please clear your browser cookies and restart the browser. This seems to have worked for some of the users.
