Error during the first activation of the software

  In all the first activations of the software there is this error (I am attaching the video for email).
  I confirm the password but it never takes it and you have to activate it with the command prompt

  today I had the same problem with two other customers who have installed Spaceclaim on other workstations, this problem exists from SpaceClaim 2021R2 in the 2022 version please solve it
