You can use the Thread tool in Details tab in SpaceClaim to create a thread.

Additional options in the Properties section allow you to set the size and type of the thread.

Apologies I noticed the "left thread" just now in your query. 
I don't think there is any option to create a cosmetic thread which is left thread.

Let me confirm this from my team to be sure. 

Although, if you are trying to cut a thread manually, you can do so by using Equations option in Design

I checked back with my team and I can confirm that, unfortunately, we do not have an option for left thread in the thread tool.

The work around would be to manually create it using the equation option as I have suggested earlier.
