Forum ModeratorHello Maria Lykke Mai
Please extract the zip file to see the actual installers.
Also, can you please confirm you have downloaded from the the right source, which is either  Discovery Downloads - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum or from Downloads page on Ansys Customer Portal ?

Forum ModeratorHello Maria Lykke Mai
It always downloads as a compressed zip file from the Forum.
You will need to unzip it after downloading.Â
Are you facing any issue with unzip? If so, can you check if the download has happened completely?
Can you also check with your IT team if there are any security restrictions?
