      Hello Team,

      We are facing an error at the user end. The PC doesn't have 4 GB dedicated Graphics card but, it works fine with Spaceclaim Direct Modeler. 

      We expected it to open model stage and refine stage but, it quickly crashes once launcher image is displayed on the screen. 

      PC works fast though. Latest Graphics drivers are installed from GEForce application.

      Can we know the reason.

      Please try installing the latest redistributable. You can try installing the appropriate one from here: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Docs

      Please try installing the VC_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 package. If they already have 2015 installed, you may need to uninstall before installing this downloaded version.
