Hello Syed Saif Ali You can find the instructions to installing floating license from Discovery Forum home page > Licensing & installation. Here's link ANSYS Discovery Floating license Installation Instructions. You can also find a detailed instructions pdf in your Start Menu> Ansys Inc. License Manager.

Or once you launch the License manager, you can find it at the bottom left corner of your page, under Help.
