SubscriberHello, I am running a structural simulation in AIM 2020r2 with a simple fixed mesh, one fixed support, and a global pressure applied to a shell model. I am receiving this error message that I have never seen before.
Is there a definite problem causing a FATAL error message?
The same set up for the model runs well in AIM 2019r3.
Thanks,

Ansys EmployeeHello Jchokan
I will have to look at the files for investigating the issue. Can you please send the AIM 2019r3 version of AIM project (.wbpz archived file)? I will send you a secure transfer link through email for uploading the project file.

Ansys EmployeeThe issue with this model seems to be related to the version of the MAPDL solver included in 2020 R2. So the only option I see here to run this specific model is using 2019R3 that you mentioned was working fine.
