你这个错误信息是数据矩阵维数不对。你需要调出来看看是什么原因。

 

两个模式同时优化可能复杂一些。我觉得应该是同时输入TE和TM模式光源（无法使用Port），然后分别计算出它们的透射率。再将它们合理地加入一个FOM里面来优化，你可能需要修改  target_T_fwd

当然也有可能分别仿真，不够我觉得可能有点问题。
