I need to repair a cracked plate by applying patch on the crack. Further, i need to apply differnt temperatures and note the stress intensity factor at the crack tip at different temperatures.

Hi, we have a Verification Manual example here detailing fracture analysis with a thermal load: https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v231/en/wb_vm/wbvt_VM-WB-MECH-096.html. Beyond that, did you have any specific questions/concerns about how to perform this kind of analysis?
