2： 减小ausoshutoff min 到1e-6， 由它决定何时结束仿真，如果监视器透射率结果还大于1，需要进一步减小它。
3：检查此结构有无大角度衍射，有的话要用steep angle PML
其它改善：
将结构延申到周期边界之外（当然微结构可以做3*3 周期），特别是基底，同时应该延申到PML 之外。
