Error Message: Matrix solver exception: file I/O failure.

  Hi stuffs,
  I was simulating a implantable antenna in human tissue.
  If i do not add radiation box, I will have a S11 result.
  However, if i add radiation box, this error message will come.
  Can you guys will me some advice.

  It seems that port assignment is not correct and we need to look at your model for more details. Please submit a Service Request on Ansys Customer Portal to address your problem in a better way.
