unable to get working directory

  While solving Explicit Dynamics in ANSYS workbench, I got the error "unable to get working directory"
  I also observed that "Analysis Settings" is not availble..
  I am using ANSYS 2023R1
  How to fix this.

  where was the directory staged ?, any inline image of the "Analysis Settings" is not availble..,
