Installation Stuck at Launcher

  Hi guys, I have been having issues as when I go to install Ansys the launcher is just stuck and wont let me click on anything. I only get the notification above to close all other applications and even when I do nothing changes. I am trying to run it on a Windows 10 on a MacPro but so far I haven't encountered any other issue. Is there anyone that could please help me as I don't know why it wouldn't let me click on anything.

  Sounds like a either a download issue or a privilige issue...
  Is the size of the download correct?
  After download, do you unzip the download to a temporary directory and then run setup.exe
  When running Setup.exe, do you right click on it and choose more->run as administrator
