      Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place in advance,

      "Failed: Attempt to retrieve valid MAC addresses failed"

      I am a complete noob when it comes to Ansys products and my boss sent me this image asking me to fix,

      as far as I know, the system he is running on is a windows 10 box with an older AMD epyc, 64Gb RAM, and a supermicro h11ssl-i, no VMs and connected to a working ethernet connection, ill attach the "license management Center Log" when I get it. any help on where to start is appreciated

      Can you please run the command "ipconfig /all" and share the complete output?
