How to create a coordinate system tangent to a curve face?

      Hello,

The geometry that I have in ansys structural is shown below. I need to set a boundray condition on a bottom face (showing in green) that it can move along tangental direction but not any other directions. I probably need an element coordinate system in a way that one axis be always tangential to the face so that I  can later use that in defining the BC to be fixed in that direction. So the coordinate system will be changing in every elemet or node compare to the global coordinate system. But, I don't know if we can set such a coordinate system in ansys wb. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps the frictionless support will do what you need Frictionless Support (ansys.com)
