Ansys Employee3D FDTD与varFDTD 本身就不同,后者是简化的方法,将原来2D波动截面内的模式分解为两个1维波导的模式,同时用这个分解的模式计算其它地方的折射率做仿真。这两个一维模式再合成的模式越接近原来的2D模式,结果越接近,但是困难不能完全相等。
varFDTD只能做初始设计,3D FDTD才是最终的设计。
