Ansys Fluent watertight workflow generating meshing “Error: Poly meshing no”

  I am getting this error while I try to mesh a concentric cylinderical object with thin walls. The thickness of the outter wall is 0.14mm. XCan anyone suggest as to what the solution could be for this

  Hello, what is the minimum size of the surface mesh?
  Can you also share the screen grabs of the CAD, surface mesh, and the error?
  
  Are you also adding BL?
