ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Request name cfd_preppost_pro does not exist

  We just updated to 2022 R2. We have academic license.
  We started a project in Workbench and dragged Fluent with Fluent Meshing. The errors are poped up with license issue. Does anyone can help us?
  Connected License Server List:
  ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Request name cfd_preppost_pro does not exist in the licensing pool.
  Dependent feature cfd_preppost_pro in AND keyword is not available

  A new license is needed...being handled offline by Account Team and Service Request 11257397084
