SubscriberWhen I go to upload geometry in workbench it gives me the error "C:\Users\tuk06034\Downloads\2020_FBA_Sidepod_ME (1).SLDPRT. Unable to attach geometry." I have tried a few different CAD file types and it still does not work. Let me know how I can solve this.

Forum ModeratorRemoving any and all "odd" characters may help. Do not use ( ) ! " , etc in folder & file names.Â
However, the more likely issue if you're using Student is the lack of CAD readers. You only have a couple of readers available.Â

SubscriberHello,
I tried with removing the other characters and it still does not work. I am using the full ansys license that we got with an FSAE sponsorship. Is there anything else I can do? This is happening on both of our shop computers.

Forum ModeratorCan you open SpaceClaim, create a cube, move to meshing and then onto the solver?Â
