微环调制器带宽问题

      老师你好,在微环调制器时域模型官方案例中,有个EO带宽的计算,给出的结果如下图,3dB带宽有350G,感觉一点都不真实,实际上的微环带宽也没这么大吧,在看眼图的时候,调制速率在50G左右,就有误码了,这个EO带宽为什么这么大?

      另外我想直接在FDTD中仿真调制器谐振波长随电压的偏移,这需要在Charge中实现微环的环形参杂,所有案例都是矩形参杂计算一个截面,调制器的环形参杂如何实现呢?

      环形参杂可以用矩形,因为没有波导的部分掺杂不起作用;

      我测试了这个文件,结果的确是非常大。我估计也可能是真的,因为这个是调制器本身的带宽,可能是因为理想器件的缘故吧。我没有发现其它仿真问题.
