Add mesh is disabled in FDTD

      I am not able to add mesh in FDTD, can someone please guide me how can I enable that option?

      Not sure which mesh you are refering. If it is for override mesh, you can try

       addmesh;

      or directly add it.

      The background mesh is built-in with FDTD object.

      If there is an issue, please restart your computer, or reinstall the newest version.

      I am having teh same problem. I am following the " Setting Up the Simulation in Ansys Lumerical FDTD — Lesson 2" vidoe. After adding the "FDTD" from the "simulation" tab, when I click on the "Suliation" tab and select the mesh, there was nothing happen. No mesh was added to the model. (Lumerical: Release: 2022 R2.2, Version 8.28.3171)

      Currently in the GUI there is a bug to add the override mesh, which is going to be fixed soon.

      I am also facing the same issues. I am trying to add Meh from the simulation option, but nothing is happening.

      It was a bug. You can use script in the prompt:

       addmesh;

      it will add the override mesh and then you can edit it.
