“ANSYS” Software

  I can't success install of the "ANSYS" Software.
  
  He told me " the workbench Plugin 未配置"
  
  Also, I can't find the customer ID.
  
  However, I could be downloaded from the following link via school email
  
  https://www.ansys.com/academic/students/ansys-student
  
  I'm studying Birmingham City University (BCU) BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering
  
  the subject: BNV6135 Structure II 2022
  
  What should I do?

  Student is available from the https://www.ansys.com/academic site, is unlicenced and does not require the site ID etc. The academic versions (Teaching & Research) are attached to a University hosted licence server: you probably don't have access to that.
