I use solid elements, are the coordinate systems of solution, element, and node the same with global coordinate systems?

Usually the default is for nodal coordinate systems and element coordinate systems(for solid element types) is parallel to global Cartesian system unless you rotate them. You can view the various coordinate systems by using the below:
