Can’t open the HFSS software

  I can't open the HFSS software anymore. The error is :
  "Failover feature 'Ansys electronics_desktop' is not available. Request name electronics_desktop does not exist in the licensing pool. Cannot connect to license server system. The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
  the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed."
  This is happened after I reset the computer. I uninstalled the program and installed again, but again the HFSS doesn't open and show the error attached:

  Check the c:\Program Files\AnsysEm\shared files\licensing\ansyslmd.ini file.
  Does it contain the correct hostname of the license server?
