SubscriberI am trying to do modal analysis on monopile(cylindrical structure) interation with soil.
I have data of 6DOF stiffness(x,y z, Rx, Ry, Rz) on layers of soil
How can I apply stiffness in spring? it seems in ANSYS there's only spring with one direction(longitudinal)

Here is a relevant link: /forum/forums/topic/how-to-replace-connector-elements-available-in-abaqus-with-6-dof-spring-in-ansys/
Another approach is to use a COMBI250 element. Here is an example: /forum/forums/topic/parameterize-springs-stiffness-constants-in-mechanical-command-snippet/
Search for COMBI250 for more posts like this.
