Getting contour plots for customized parameters using ANSYS programming

      I modelled a simple cantilever hollow beam in ANSYS workbench and recerived contour plots for stress.

      But, I wanted to get contour plots for customized paramters(i.e, for square root of stress, etc.) and automate it using a GUI in ANSYS. Can someone help me how to do that? Please what steps and modules I should use for this problem?
