SubscriberHi! I encountered some problems when using Ansys Maxwell to do the simulation of a power electronic transformer, which is a 30kHz power ferrite transformer. The simulated core loss is only about 1/4 of the experimentally measured value and the winding loss is only about 1/2 of the measurement value. Has anybody encountered the same problem before? Is there any specific examples of Maxwell power electronics transformer loss simulation that would be helpful? Thank you!Â

Forum ModeratorHi Yinan,
Are you performing 2D or 3D simulation?
If you are performing a 2D simulation, have you set the correct model depth under the design settings?
