Hi Rob Thank you for your feedback which is very helpful. It worked by decreasing the defeaturing size. Then I break the model into 3 cell zones then meshing them respectively through "edge sizing" and work well.
However, when I use "multiZone method" to combine all 3 zones the mesher failed to generate the whole body meshes as per attached screen shot. is my method correct?
