You can mesh system B if you hide all the outer parts so you can see the heater. Click on the Mesh branch of the outline then right click on the heater body and Mesh Selected Part. Now unhide the water, Mesh Selected Part. Keep showing the next layer of the onion. In this way you will get a successful mesh.
