Unfortunately, we do not have any model or mesh files that we can readily share with you on the forum. Perhaps, other members on the forum may be able to help you with this request.
The link in the screenshot is pointing you to the Fluent Theory Guide that explains the theory behind the Autoignition models. I'm pasting the link here.

I'm not an expert in this area. But, there is an old tutorial on WorkBench that, perhaps, may help you get started. You should be able to download the files under Fluent 19.2 -> Fluent WorkBench Tutorial Files & PDF.
